South Florida is finally tending towards slightly cooler numbers and lower rain chances. It was nice to see widespread mid-70 degrees early Friday, and the afternoon won’t be too shabby either.
A few storms could still pop up, but less than half the area will see the rain. The king tides are slowly wrapping up for this full moon cycle, but be on the lookout for another possible flare up of saltwater flooding later Friday morning and midday.
Highs will top out around 90 degrees, pretty much where we should be for this time of the year. Winds will be light, so your boat and beach plans look terrific.
Rain chances will be in the 30-40% range all weekend with highs around 90 degrees--much more reasonable for your outdoor plans.
