Happy World Vegan Day – a very powerful climate change solution!
Our weather continues to be pleasant and consistent with gusty easterly winds bringing in passing showers. Temps are seasonably warm and humidity is noticeable but tolerable. This will be the forecast to take us through the weekend along with dangerous rip currents now expected through Monday. The small craft advisory is set to expire Saturday morning.
In the tropics, we are now increasing our tropical moisture chances on Wednesday and Thursday, but leaving open our chances for any wind effects. Euro has just plain old rain, but quite a bit of it. GFS has a storm that could be “Patty,” and it would "possibly graze" South Florida as it moves from east to west into The Gulf.
We are not concerned about anything high-impact at this time but also don’t want to rule anything out until we can confidently do that. But as of today, a lot of rain and a little wind are looking like a good bet.
