It was a sunny and warm start to Thursday, but unfortunately, rain will once again hinder this evening's commute. And a coastal flood advisory is in effect until 2 p.m. Friday.

We’ll watch for late afternoon/evening storms, as some could be heavy.

And just like Wednesday, an isolated strong storm is certainly possible.

Rain chances remain elevated through Friday before coming down slightly over the weekend.

Sunny day flooding due to king tides will still be an issue on Thursday and through the weekend, mostly in coastal and low-lying areas.
