This morning is a cool and partly clear start to Sunday. Humidity is low and temps are in the low to mid 70s. Nice and refreshing to what will be a warm day to round out the weekend.

Highs today reach the mid 80s. Isolated pockets of rain are expected but the rain won’t be the main feature of the forecast.

The quiet pattern continues for most of this week with just an isolated chance for a passing shower. Temps remain near seasonable and in the mid 80s. Overnight lows will warm just a touch and stay in the mid 70s.

There is an area of development in the Caribbean, with a 30% chance of development in the next 7-days. A broad area of low pressure is expected to by midweek. Rain and unsettled weather already impact parts of the Yucatan, Belize, and Honduras. The low may drift northward after it develops in the long-range forecast.
