This morning, a few stray showers have been around the area. Temps are in the upper 70s, and it’s a comfortable start to Sunday. Highs today reach the mid-80s again. It’ll be a warm and breezy day with a few passing showers.
We’ll keep the chance for a stray shower in the forecast for Veterans Day, with highs also returning into the mid-80s. We’ll stay above average with our temps and even be on the hot side for Tuesday, with highs in the upper 80s.
A cold front will pass through Tuesday and Wednesday and drop our temperatures, humidity, and rain chances. Then, reinforcing dry air will arrive late this week and into next weekend. It’ll be a quiet pattern this week.
Tropical storm Rafael continues to weaken and fall apart as it is fighting shear and poor conditions for it to hold together.

A few isolated showers today and tomorrow are expected from the invest 98 L that is being monitored by the NHC but with only a 10% chance of development. This will just keep the heat and humidity in the area until the cold front comes through.
