Look for the stormy afternoon pattern to continue for Thursday with easily half or more of the area seeing wet weather.
Rain chances remain on the high side again Friday as a weak front tries to slide through the region. This front won’t really drop our temperatures or humidity much, but it should push the most unstable air south of us.
Bottom line? Rain chances go from about 50-60% to the 30-40% range over the weekend.
In other news, we continue to remain under coastal flood advisories as king tide flooding potential remains in the forecast into the weekend. Tis flooding is minor and mostly impacts coastal and low-lying areas.
