A woman and a teenager were struck by what appeared to be stray bullets in separate incidents in Miami-Dade County on the Fourth of July, authorities said. 

Volunteers showed up bright and early to Deerfield Beach on Friday to clean up trash left behind on the Fourth of July. 

One volunteer estimated that they had ten times more help picking up the trash this year than last. NBC6’s Bri Buckley reports.
