Woman shot while driving on I-95 speaks out with bullet lodged in neck

A woman who was shot while driving on Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade with her young son in the car still has the bullet lodged in her neck and believes she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. NBC6’s Laura Rodriguez reports
