Woman fights for refund for casket she never used

Paying for funeral services in advance can help alleviate the financial burden for your family. That was the intention of a woman who prepaid for a casket for her sister. But when the woman changed her mind and opted to cremate her loved one, she ran into problems requesting a refund for that casket. NBC6’s Myriam Masihy reports
