Sexual Battery Suspect Arrested in Miami-Dade

A homeless man accused of trying to sexually batter two women in south Miami-Dade has been arrested, police said. Lyndon Merlick Nicaisse, 40, was arrested back on July 28 on sexual battery and attempted sexual battery charges, Miami-Dade Police said Tuesday.
