Miami Catholic priest Rafael Capo honors immigration legacy of Pope Francis

“He emphasized how the Church is called by scripture… to welcome the stranger,” the Rev. Rafael Capo, a Catholic priest who was appointed by Francis to be a missionary of mercy, said. NBC6’s Laura Rodriguez reports.
