Man Charged in Fatal 2014 Crash in Hialeah

A man is facing DUI and manslaughter charges in a fatal 2014 crash in Hialeah, authorities said. Duniel Garcia, 38, is charged with DUI manslaughter and DUI causing serious bodily injury in the January 8, 2014 crash on Okeechobee Road.
