‘It was a joke': FIU student out of jail after making bomb threat

A Florida International University student was arrested for making a bomb threat on Instagram. Ronaldo Hernandez-Padron, 18, apologized as he walked out of jail on Monday night: “It was a joke and it was a very bad joke and I’m extremely sorry for making it.” NBC6’s Jamie Guirola reports
