Helene remains a Category 1 hurricane, expected to bring catastrophic wind, surge

Helene stayed a Category 1 hurricane, according to the advisory at 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25 from the National Hurricane Center. It’s expected to bring catastrophic winds and storm surges to the northeastern Gulf Coast.
