Heavy Rains Lead to Flooding in Kendall

Heavy rains that began Wednesday and went into Thursday left streets flooded in Kendall. Several cars were parked off streets at the Oak Ridge Community as Kendall resident Hector Trujillo said the flooding was the worst he’s seen in the area.
