Family of 20-year-old killed in apparent road rage speaks out

The family of a 20-year-old who was shot and killed in an apparent case of road rage is speaking out. Pembroke Pines Police say two people are responsible for the murder, and that one is in custody — the other is still on the run. NBC6’s Jamie Guirola reports
