Custody battle over 4-year-old survivor of Tamarac killing spree

A Broward judge heard arguments in a case that will determine who raises a 4-year-old girl who witnessed the killing of her mother, grandfather and a neighbor in Tamarac back in February. NBC6’s Tony Pipitone reports
