Critics disappointed over Spanish-language entertainment at Bayfront Park NYE celebration

There’s some controversy over the New Year’s Eve event at Bayfront Park. Members of the Biscayne Neighborhoods Association say the NYE entertainment catered exclusively to a Spanish-speaking audience. NBC6’s Laura Rodriguez reports
