18 years after losing son to boating accident, mother continues fight for safety

A mother who lost her son, Osmany Castellanos, in a boating accident nearly 18 years ago is speaking out. She helped effect change with boating laws in 2009, and plans to continue her fight. NBC6’s Laura Rodriguez reports
