A South Florida woman was killed after a portable toilet flew through her windshield.
Dawn Johnson, 38, was driving behind a truck carrying a load of toilets in Okeechobee County when two of the toilets fell off the truck. The potties hit the road and then split apart, sending shards of metal and plastic flying in the air.
One of the pieces went through Johnson's windshield. The woman tried to avoid the rest of the debris and veered off the road, sending her car head-on into a tree, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
She died at a local hospital from her injuries.
The truck driver has not been cited or charged with a crime at this time.
