What is best in life? To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and you watch the first theatrical trailer for "Conan the Barbarian."
After getting a very flimsy teaser, we finally get our first real look at the reboot of the iconic Robert E. Howard character, starring Jason Momoa in the title role, Stephen Lang as the bad guy (as if you couldn't have guessed that) and Rachel Nichols as a mysterious priestess.
There are swords, there is sorcery, and there is a distinct lack of shirts. In other words, pretty much what you'd expect, right?
We don't mean to nitpick, but is anyone else bothered by the fact that Nichols calls him "Co-NIN" as in "Conan O'Brien" rather than "Co-NAN" which, you know, seems more fitting for the character?
In any rate, her pronunciation will no doubt lead to some great video mashups. Have at it, internet.
"Conan The Barbarian" opens everywhere August 19th.
