Miami-Dade Police are investigating a triple shooting Thursday evening.
It happened just after 8 p.m. inside the clubhouse at the Isles at Oasis located at 127 Northeast 27th Terrace in Homestead.
MDPD investigators confirmed a man and a woman were pronounced dead. A third victim was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital where he's in critical but stable condition.
Investigators said it appears this may have been a domestic-related shooting.
"Preliminary investigation is letting us know that perhaps there was an argument. There was some type of dispute where a 41-year-old male produced a firearm, shot the female that was inside the clubhouse, shot the second victim that was transported and then, from what it appears, he shot himself," said Alvaro Zabaleta with MDPD.
Police said the surviving victim will be a key witness in explaining to investigators what happened.
