Police carried out several boxes and bags after the SWAT team served a warrant at the store just after 11 a.m.

"This is a place that was selling narcotics, and in order for us to be able to obtain a warrant and an arrest warrant we have to go to a judge who has to see the evidence that we've gathered," Miami Police spokesman Michael Vega said. "Sometimes these investigations can take weeks before we obtain this warrant."

Officers detained two people and took them in for questioning. Video at the scene captured a woman holding a child as she got out of one of the police vehicles.

The special investigations unit also hauled away what appeared to be gambling machines.

"We also take any evidence that will help us prove our case. And in this case, you'll see the detectives were also confiscating items from the business that will help us in our case," Vega said.

Before the warrant was served, an undercover officer was inside the store and watched a minor under 16 years old conduct hand-to-hand transactions with customers, including selling a dime, which is a $10 bag of marijuana.

The SWAT team later found 56.5 pounds of cannabis and cannabis products at the smoke shop, including cannabis-infused gummies and chocolate.

Lisyane Flores, 25, faces multiple charges, including trafficking cannabis, possessing a gambling device, and contributing to the delinquency of a child, according to an arrest report. She either manages or works for the store. According to the arrest report, she was in the back office where the minor went to get the drugs.

The teen is charged with cannabis possession with intent to sell near a school.
