A small banner plane crashed in the Everglades near Pembroke Pines Thursday afternoon, according to Broward Sheriff's Office.
Aerial footage showed the pilot standing on the tail of the flipped aircraft.
Pembroke Pines Police responded to the scene. Broward Sheriff's Air Rescue picked up the pilot who was taken to Pines Boulevard and U.S. 27 to be treated.
Officials said the plane lost power and landed just north of Mack's Fish Camp.
