Ten people were recovering Friday from gunshot wounds, authorities try to find the reason shots were fired at a Lauderdale Lakes bar that left two men dead.
Junior Lodge, 35, and Vishna Beepot, 26, died after detectives say the two men argued about something early Thursday morning at the South Rock Lounge Bar and Grill.
Authorities say Beepot pulled out a gun, which a security guard ordered him to drop. When Beepot refused, the security guard pulled his own weapon and both men fired, though it's unclear who shot first.
Ten people were shot in the crossfire at the small bar with about 50 to 75 customers inside at the time. Many ducked for cover or ran outside.

Broward Sheriff Al Lamberti says given the bar's tight quarters and the number of people in it "it's a wonder more people didn't die."
Beepot's mother, Angela Elliot, says her son had a license to carry his gun. And, though she doesn't know what happened, she believes her son carried the gun to protect himself.
Elliot said she is sorry people were hurt, sending her condolences to those injured.
The unnamed security guard was uninjured. Detectives say it appears he may have fired his gun in self-defense.
Authorities spoke to dozens of people who were at the bar and are still looking for more customers they believe ran off in fear.
