Police in North Miami Beach have made an arrest following the death of a teenager last Sunday, but another suspect is still on the loose.
A mother gave a tearful plea for justice on Friday, after her teenage son was gunned down in cold blood.
"This is a hard pill to swallow and I need your help," said the mother of Anthony Holley. "I will not be able to smell him, touch him or hear him call my name."
Tragedy unfolded July 19 when Holley's lifeless body was found in an alleyway in the area of Northeast 15th/16th Avenue and 175th/176th Street in North Miami Beach.
Right before the fatal shooting, Anthony, 16, along with his friend, met up with two other people in an alleyway.
It's being reported Anthony's friend was a distance from the trio while they spoke. He then noticed Anthony leaving the two suspects and coming towards him.
"At one point as he was walking, the victim went to tie his shoe and was then shot in the back of the head," said NMB Detective Joe Romero.

Scared for his own life, Anthony's friend ran to a neighbor's home, desperate for help after one of the bullets struck his cellphone.
Authorities were called to the scene, where they found Anthony dead.
"Our department has been working tirelessly to bring this awful incident to an end," said Chief Scott Dennis.
Several days later, Anthony's friend was able to identify one suspect from a photographic lineup and authorities were able to apprehend 18-year-old Zeke Powell. He has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
But the second suspect remains at large. Police believe it's possibly Powell's brother.
Meanwhile, the victim's father described his son as an intelligent, athletic young man who put a smile on everyone's face, "Now we don't have that. All we have is memories and that's not right."
There's no word on whether Powell has an attorney.
