Naked Donald Trump Statue Makes Appearance in Wynwood

A naked Donald Trump statue was found on a sign in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood.

Nearly a month after they made their first appearances in cities across the country, a statue showcasing a naked Donald Trump has made its way down to South Florida

The statue, which shows the GOP Presidential nominee with no clothes and a noticeably small private area, was put on display in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood off Northwest 24th Street and 6th Avenue Wednesday on top of a billboard located on a vacant property.

"I just came here to take some pictures because it's happening kind of everywhere, right?" passerby Kyle Olivera said.

Miami Police responded and asked the property manager to remove the statue, which they agreed to do with the intent of moving it closer to the Wynwood Wall.

Late Wednesday evening, the art installation was moved and placed atop Area 23 Gallery on Northwest 23rd Street and 2nd Avenue.

Previously, statues had been placed in cities like New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle. The property manager said the statue in Wynwood is the same one that once was displayed in New York City.

"The man who goes out of his way to ridicule everybody including any women he possibly could, so he deserves it," said the artist behind the statue, Ginger.

Those statues were paid for by a self-proclaimed anarchist group called INDECLINE and created by a Cleveland, OH based sculptor, inspired by the fairy tale "The Emperor’s New Clothes."
