Heavy traffic delays are expected after a multi-vehicle crash along the Palmetto Expressway heading east closed off the southbound ramp to Interstate 95.
Images from Chopper 6 showed major bumper to bumper traffic early Monday morning after at least three cars were involved in the crash.
