Irma's Outer Bands Drop Massive Rain in Miami-Dade

Water crested the seawall on 29th Street in Miami early Sunday, and the streets began to flood, as Hurricane Irma began to affect South Floriday. Even though the eye of the storm will no longer hit Miami or Fort Lauderdale, heavy rain and wind whipped across the region, and the storm is still on track to hit Key West at some point Sunday morning.NBC 6’s Michael Spears shows us how the weather has picked up overnight in Edgewater.
