Detectives have not disclosed what led up to the shooting, and the victim's identity hasn't been released by police.

Two Florida City Commissioners and several people in the neighborhood told NBC6 that the victim was a handyman named Sidney Myers.

A memorial was seen at the intersection where Myers died, where people left tools and a flower bucket that said "get justice Sid."
