This senseless murder of our loved one has left us in disbelief,” family says. “It seems unreal. Why would anyone want to kill Marcus, who would give you the shirt off his back. We love and miss you Marcus and we want justice for him.”
Police said it was too early in their investigation to determine what led up to the shooting, but said witnesses reported seeing two males fleeing the area after the shooting.
"My cousin is a good guy, like I said. He worked and didn’t bother anyone," the victim's cousin said. "Most people came out of this building said he always helped if you were in need. "
