A South Florida man who allegedly flashed a 16-year-old girl at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Miami Gardens has been arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child, police say.

Dayron Fuentes appeared in bond court the morning after the incident, which took place Tuesday at the Dunkin’ Donuts at 15905 NW 57th Ave, police said.

According to an arrest report, Fuentes, 33, entered the Dunkin’ Donuts at 2:10 p.m. and ordered food. He then pulled up a chair and sat down next to the food prep area, just adjacent to the victim.

The victim, an employee at the store, said Fuentes started calling her name several times. When she turned around, she saw Fuentes had exposed himself and began masturbating, according to an arrest report.

The victim told police that Fuentes even called her co-worker to look.

"He was touching his private parts," a witness on the scene told police.

Fuentes was taken into custody and transported to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. He is being held on a $7,500 bond.

A Dunkin' Donuts spokesperson said they were aware of the incident and working with police on the investigation.

"We are aware of the incident involving a guest’s inappropriate behavior at the franchised Dunkin’ location in Miami Gardens. The franchisee who owns and operates this location is cooperating fully with the local police investigating the incident," a company statement read.
