Lyft Driver Accused of Attempted Sexual Battery

A Lyft driver is accused of trying to sexually batter one of his passengers in his car while dropping her off in Coral Springs. Ralph Agustin Lopez, 45, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of attempted sexual battery on an incapacitated person in the July incident, an arrest report said.
