National Burger Day is this Sunday and you can celebrate with a bite of the South Florida-made Kiko Burger.
“Kiko” Suarez, Telemundo 51’s host of “Que Riko con Kiko,” joined forces with chefs at Miami’s Pinch Kitchen to create his own signature burger.
He decided that the big-but-not-gigantic burger would embody quality over quantity.
“So, I went with two eight-ounce patties pressed together with some crunchy bacon jam in between, topped with razor thin onions, house made pickles, Havarti cheese, and then covered with some guayaba sauce for that salty/sweet flavor,” Suarez said in a Q&A session with Mitch & Mel Take Miami.
The Kiko Burger will only be available until Sunday for lunch and brunch at the Miami restaurant, well-known for its classic Pinch Burger.
“Que Riko con Kiko” airs every Friday on T51 at 5am, 6am and 11pm, and every Tuesday on NBC 6 at 11:30am.
