Lawsuit Over COVID-19 Public Records

Deaths from coronavirus are soaring in Florida, setting records of more than 300 a day late last month. But the state health department will not tell the public in which county the dead or hospitalized lived when they were struck by COVID. NBC 6’s Tony Pipitone says a lawsuit might force the state to cough up the data.
