Lake Worth Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure, Vulgar Act On Business Door

Anthony Berry, 57, was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.

A Lake Worth man was arrested after he exposed himself and made indecent gestures on a Hypoluxo business' door.

Anthony Berry, 57, was charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition after showing his genitals to Amanda Page Stephens, 34, at an Expicare Nursing Agency, according to a Lantana Police Department arrest report.

Stephens told police that she saw Berry walk around the business and attempt to open the front door. He then unzipped his pants, exposed himself and began to vulgarly thrust at the door, the report said.

Berry then walked over to a nearby bus bench and sat down, where he stayed until police arrived. When the officer who arrived on scene asked him if he had exposed himself, Berry allegedly smiled and said, "Yes, I have a mental problem!"

Stephens was able to catch the act on camera, which police collected as evidence.

Berry was released on his own recognizance on Monday.
