Several organizations in South Florida are donating food, supplies and aid to Haiti as the country reels from the devastating effects of a powerful 7.2 magnitude earthquake and braces for an impending tropical storm.

Greater Miami Jewish Federation
The Greater Miami Jewish Federation is collecting donations that will be kept in a secured Emergency Relief Fund for Haiti. 100% of proceeds will go toward aid and critical support for the island, the website said. Click here to donate.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami
The organization is accepting financial donations to aid those impacted by the earthquake in Haiti. Click here to donate.
Hope for Haiti
The Florida-based organization, whose team consists of Haitian doctors, nurses and program managers, has a stockpile of emergency kits ready to distribute to individuals and families in Haiti. Donations can be made via Hope for Haiti’s website or social media platforms. The nonprofit is also accepting cryptocurrency donations.

Family Action Network Movement
FANM is accepting medical supplies, over-the-counter medications, water cases, non-perishable food and PPE for those in need in Haiti. The organization is asking supplies be dropped off to the office at 100 NE 84th Street in Miami.

Ayiti Community Trust
Those interested in supporting relief efforts can make contributions to the Ayiti Community Trust's Earthquake Relief Fund. Consistent with their mission, the organization ensures that contributions are channeled to local Haitian-led organizations in Ayiti.

City of North Miami
The City of North Miami is responding to the earthquake in Haiti by collecting medical supplies. Two bins have been placed at City Hall for collection during the day at 776 NE 125 Street in North Miami.
The North Miami Police Department is also collecting supplies after normal business hours at 700 NE 124 Street in North Miami.
On Wednesday, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation will charter a cargo jet to deliver supplies. All the supplies collected in North Miami prior to Tuesday at 5 p.m. will be sent with them.
All remaining supplies will be sent to Haiti through The Smile Trust, which has activated their community operation center and will be collecting supplies throughout the week.

Man Dodo Humanitarian Foundation
The organization is teaming up with the Mission Evangélique Baptiste du Sud d’Haïti (MEBSH) to collect relief donations. You can make a donation by visiting their website. 100% of proceeds will be donated to Haiti.
