A 3-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital after she was pulled from a swimming pool at a home in Miami Saturday, officials said.
Miami Fire Rescue spokesman Capt. Raul Fernandez said authorities got a report of a child drowned in a pool at the home in the 3600 block of Southwest 18th Terrace sometime before 5 p.m.
The child's parents had pulled her out of the pool and were given CPR instructions over the phone until rescue workers arrived and took over, Fernandez said.

Family members said they had been holding an Easter egg hunt and the girl somehow got away and ended up in the pool. It's believed she was in the pool around 10 minutes, Fernandez said.
The girl was rushed to Miami Children's Hospital as rescue workers were able to regain her pulse, Fernandez said. Her condition was unknown.
Fernandez said the pool was clean and was in working condition.
No other information was immediately known.
