Former Hialeah Officers Appear in Court

Two Hialeah Police Department officers who appeared in court Monday are facing charges after authorities said they kidnapped a homeless man, drove him to an isolated location, and beat him while he was handcuffed. NBC 6’s Ari Odzer reports.
