Miami-Dade Police are looking for a driver who struck and killed a bicyclist before fleeing the scene Sunday morning.
The male cyclist, who hasn't been identified, was riding eastbound on Northwest 151st Street when he was hit from behind by a Dodge Durango SUV near 2nd Avenue around 6:30 a.m., police said.

Witnesses said the driver dragged the victim about 50 feet before stopping twice while attempting to maneuver and dislodge the victim from underneath the SUV.
The cyclist died at the scene. The driver fled the scene at a high rate of speed, police said.
The suspect's SUV is newer model, between 2011-2013, light in color with minor front end damage, police said.
