At least six people were injured after a car crashed into a Dunkin' Donuts in southwest Miami-Dade Monday morning.
The incident happened around 11 a.m. at the restaurant at 8290 W. Flagler Street.
Footage showed the white car completely inside the store near the front door, which was smashed through.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said six people, all of them customers inside the store, were injured.
All of the victims were taken to Kendall Regional Trauma Center, and at least one victims was a trauma alert, officials said. The rest of the injuries were cuts and bruises.
It's unknown what caused the crash but witnesses said it appeared the driver, an older woman, hit the gas instead of the brake.
The driver wasn't injured. It's unknown if she will face any charges.
