- John Morgan, 63, was arrested on trespassing charges after creating a disturbance at a McDonald's in Naples.
A Florida homeless man was arrested Sunday after taking his clothes off and doing a "strange dance" in a McDonald's in Naples.
This was not his first time, according to Collier County Sheriff's deputies.
John Morgan, 63, was banned from the fast-food restaurant on Tamiami Trail E once before on March 15 for a similar disturbance.
Arresting Officer Grossklas said he saw Morgan the day before the alleged disturbance, according to an arrest report. Morgan told him he was going to the McDonald's, but Grossklas warned him to not go because he was previously banned from the restaurant.
The day after, a witness called police after Morgan pulled his pants down and then put them back on, according to the arrest report. The caller also reported that Morgan "trying to have relations with a railing" and believed he was possibly on drugs.
Morgan was arrested on trespassing charges and faces a $2,000 bond. Attorney information was not available.
