Police arrested a Doral man they claim forced one of his Tae Kwon Do students to perform various sex acts.
Officers arrested 22-year-old Sebastian Choi and charged him with two counts each of sexual battery on a person under 18 years of age as well as molestation of a child under the age of 12.
According to an arrest report, the now 13-year-old female victim told her mother the incidents occurred when she was 10 years of age and Choi was 19 and her instructor and physical education teacher.
The victim told investigators that Choi forced her to perform acts on herself as well as him on numerous occasions.
"The victim was very brave enough to tell her parents about the incidents that happened when she was 10 years old,” said Miami-Dade Police Det. Angel Rodriguez. "These incidents took place at the Tae Kwon Do dojo and these incidents are very alarming because it raises a lot of concern about this person having access to many children."
Choi refused to answer police questions and was arrested. He is currently being held on no bond.
