Surveillance video captured the moment a black BMW slammed into three cars. Another angle of the crash showed the aftermath as people pilled out of a Dodge Ram truck and came over to the sidewalk for safety.
A witness who saw the crash spoke with NBC6.
"I heard a very very loud bang and screaming, something happened and I walked to the front,” Khaleel Marti said.

Marti said the victims were shaken and bleeding.
“Dodge truck lady was crying and hugging in a packed car," he said. "Some of them were hurt, some of them were bleeding.”
In the video, the BMW driver appeared to climb out of his car as a woman directed him to the side of the street.
Paramedics took the driver away on a stretcher.
About an hour after the crash, tow trucks removed all the smashed vehicles.
Police are investigating what happened but witnesses said the video tells the story.
“He was coming at a high rate of speed off the bridge, I saw him clip the Corolla, the Dodge and the truck," he said. "He still had enough velocity to turn the truck, so he was facing the door of our firm.”
There were no critical injuries as a result of the crash.
