Police are investigating a triple shooting in Fort Lauderdale that left one person dead and two others injured.
One person was killed and another two were injured in a shooting at a home in Fort Lauderdale on Friday, police said.
Authorities said they responded to calls of shots fired at around 9:45 a.m. at the home in the 4500 block of Twin Lakes Boulevard.

One resident reported hearing six gunshots.
"Like four shots then a few minutes, two more," Tomas Marrero said.

Police found two people shot outside the home, and an additional person shot inside.
One of the people were pronounced dead at the scene. The other two were rushed to the hospital with critical injuries.
A neighbor who has lived in the neighborhood for 50 years said a family lived in the home, but she did not know them well.

Another neighbor identified one of the victims in the hospital as Ryan Kruse, a man in his early 20s who lives at the house.
The shooting stunned residents who have lived in the neighborhood for decades.
Video of the scene captured police vehicles behind police tape and blocking off intersections.
Police said the shooting appeared to be an isolated incident and that they were not looking for a suspect.
Authorities have not confirmed any possible relationship between the three people involved. A motive for the shooting was not immediately known.
