Serial Peeping Tom who lurked outside multiple Country Walk homes arrested: MDPD

A serial Peeping Tom accused of lurking outside multiple homes in a Miami-Dade neighborhood for months has finally been arrested, police said. Yoel Antonio Setien-Martinez, 26, was arrested Thursday on 10 counts of voyeurism, 10 counts of burglary of an occupied dwelling, two counts of indecent exposure and one count of resisting an officer without violence.
