New Footage Released in FHP Killing Case

New dash cam footage showing a Florida Highway Patrol trooper interacting with the stranded motorist who fatally shot him was released Friday, along with new details of how the suspect died. Trooper Joseph Bullock had stopped to help a disabled vehicle along Interstate 95 in Martin County on Feb. 5 when he was fatally shot by the driver, 28-year-old Franklin Reed III of Palm Bay, authorities said.
