Are South Florida's ‘millionaire cities' worth the high price tag?

Every year Zillow comes out with a report of the amount of millionair cities in the U.S. This year, the nation has about 550 and Florida houses 32 of them. In South Florida there is 17. A millionaire city is a place where the typical home value of a house is a million or more. But is the high price tag a good thing?
