Hurricane Milton regains Category 5 strength

Hurricane Milton regained Category 5 strength with winds back up to 165 mph, the National Hurricane Center said in its 5 p.m. Tuesday update. Milton was moving north-northeast at 9 mph about 480 miles southwest of Tampa, according to the NHC.
