Alfredo “Freddy “ Ramirez, the Miami Dade Police Director exited a meeting Country Commission Chair Jose “Pepe” Diaz called on halting gun violence and told us many of the violent shootings we are seeing this spring are triggered by gangs battling in a different kind of turf war.
